Boomerangs provides critical funding for AIDS Action's work to prevent new HIV infections and improve the lives of thousands of people already living with HIV/AIDS in Massachusetts.
Boomerangs stores feature a wide array of high quality new, vintage and gently-loved merchandise, including women's and men's clothing, books, housewares, electronics and furniture.
At Boomerangs, all the merchandise is donated, either from corporate supporters or from donors such as yourself. Your tax-deductible donations are always welcome at any of our locations. For furniture donations, we also offer the option of scheduling a pick up at your home or business. Click here for more information about donations.
About AIDS Action Committee
Founded in 1983, AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts is New England’s first and largest AIDS service organization. It works to prevent new HIV infections, support those affected by HIV, and tackle the root causes of HIV/AIDS. AIDS Action provides support services to one in six people in Massachusetts living with an HIV diagnosis; educates the public and health professionals about HIV prevention and care; and advocates for fair and effective HIV/AIDS policy at the city, state, and federal levels.
AIDS Action operates the only multilingual statewide hotlines for HIV/STDs (1-800-235-2331) and Hepatitis (1-888-443-4372), and is a leading provider in Massachusetts of HIV counseling and testing; needle exchange; mental health counseling; peer support; transportation and housing assistance; case management and client advocacy; and legal services.
